Park Rules

Yes! Both splash pads are open seasonally from 8AM to 8PM and are free of charge. Restrooms are available at both sites.
Yes. While certain amenities like walking trails, splash pads and playgrounds are open to the public during events, the athletic fields, batting cages, basketball court and other turf areas are reserved when in use for scheduled programming or events.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the Portland Sports Complexes. Please visit our Sports Venue Café for a variety of food, snacks, and beverages during events!

Yes, all three sports venues locations offer restrooms and concessions during programming and event hours. Public restrooms are open during standard facility hours.

Coolers that can hold bottles, cans, or food are prohibited. However, individual drinking coolers no larger than 1 gallon capacity are permitted for PLAYERS ONLY.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), only service animals are allowed in all public areas of the park but not on fields.

We are not responsible for lost items at the sports complexes; any items left behind are turned over directly to the Event Operator for the specific program, tournament, or rental.
All Portland Parks and Sports Complexes are smoke-free zones. This includes vaping and tobacco products.

Artificial Turf Rules

No! Only drinking water is allowed in dugouts and on artificial playing services. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Anyone violating the WATER ONLY policy may be removed from the field.

No! Only drinking water is allowed in dugouts and on artificial playing services. This includes NO candy, gum, sunflower seeds, fruit, sports drinks, soda, etc.

No. No cleats or spikes are allowed on the artificial field. 

Glass containers, gels, lawn chairs, glitter, confetti, silly string, pets, or anything that could damage the turf. 

LIGHTNING DETECTION SYSTEM

Lightning is a hazard that must be viewed seriously. Everyone should seek shelter any time they believe lightning threatens them, even if a signal has NOT been sounded.

You will be warned by our Earth Networks lightning prediction system, which sounds one 15-second blast of the horn signaling suspension of all activities, the strobe light will begin flashing and remain flashing until safe conditions return. You should seek immediate shelter.

Activities may resume after three five-second blasts of the horn are sounded and the strobe light stops flashing.
